In the past week…
…not much happened so this post won’t be too long. I just received all the things I bought online and I found out that both of my shoe pairs are too big so I had to exchange them. It was the first time when I got shoes online. And I need to tell you that here I’m not afraid of online shopping because returning and exchanging are extremely easy to do everywhere and nobody makes problems. A lot of times the one paying for shipping is a store so it’s really cool.
This time I have a little announcement…
On Oct 30 – Nov 1 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) in Atlanta there will be Walker Stalker Con. I’m looking for a company! Is there any of you from Atlanta or the area or someone who would like to come (I offer a free accommodation!) because you like zombies (The Walking Dead and others) and vampires (The Vampire Diaries and others)? Anyone? The main idea of this event is to meet actors from a lot of shows, mostly from The Walking Dead but not only. Conversations, questions, pictures, autographs, merchandise, etc. You can buy a ticket for 3, 2 or 1 day and you can find them HERE and the list of guests is HERE. This list can keep changing and they might still add someone else out there.
In case there’s any of you who’d be interested, send me an e-mail to email@example.com or a private message on my fanpage on Facebook. I hope to find someone 🙂
One of the videos from TEDx speeches about how we use the language, about our accent, expressions and so on. I’ve seen a lot of those videos on YouTube and this is one of only a few that got me interested because I like subjects like that in general and there are also some examples based on Polish people. Recommended!
I don’t really listen to Polish music and I never did. I just don’t really like it, I didn’t really hear almost anything interesting. But I remember that when I heard this song for the first time, I was listening to it non-stop for several days and I still keep coming back to it. I like it a lot and I think her songs are… different. If you want to read the lyrics in English, go THERE.
14 weeks pregnant
Baby: eyebrows and eyelashes are starting to grow and he/she is starting to smile and make different faces. The baby urinates. The head is not that big compared to the rest of the body anymore and tiny hair are growing everywhere on the skin; they’ll disappear later.
How do I feel? I sometimes have those moments when I feel a little better but they don’t last too long. I think that maybe those are signs that everything is heading to the right direction?
Weight? As much as last week.
Food? No changes here if it comes to what I eat. My appetite is much bigger now.
Medicine? If I’m very dizzy and I’m not able to do anything, I take a pill. Otherwise I don’t take anything because I don’t want to poison myself.
Belly? No changes!
Stretchmarks? No changes as well.
Sleeping? I need to buy a body pillow that will hold me from going on my back because it’s very uncomfortable for me now and I don’t control what I do while being asleep… I wake up to change my position and I don’t like it.
Mood swings? I don’t know, I’m typing this and I have tears in my eyes. You might ask: why? My answer is: I don’t know.
The best moment of the week? Nothing special happened.
Other symptoms? I don’t have any new ones but I read that between 15th and 20th week a woman can feel baby moving and if she’s thin, it might happen even earlier. I can’t wait for the moment when I could tell you about this here.
Anything else worth writing down? I put some nail polish on my nails the first time after two months 🙂
Talk to you next time!
